My urgent visit to the West Windsor In Focus care center could not have been better. I was greeted by a lovely woman who was kind and friendly, just what you need when I was feeling so vulnerable. I had visited the web site first so I had all my paperwork filled out already so my wait time was maybe 20 minutes. I was seen by a PA and then Dr. Arjun. Everyone I met was kind, and comforting. I would definitely come here again if I needed care.

It was a great experience. I went with neck and shoulder pain, unable to move my head. Dr Arjun’s reassuring words and her calm demeanor made me calm down. She examined my back before she gave the medication and assured there was nothing wrong but a muscle spasm.

I would highly recommend Dr. Arjun and the Infocus urgent care clinic for its professional services, expertise and care towards patients. I also like the fact that the clinic operates till 8pm, much later than other clinics in the area. My daughter had shooting pain in her lower right side abdomen at 5 pm, we walked into this clinic and were seen by Dr. Arjun. She not only examine my daughter thoroughly but explained how her symptoms present no extreme situation like kidney and appendicitis which we were fearing could be the case, before we came to the clinic. The clinic is also well equipped to test samples. She quickly gave us results of her urine sample to rule out any other infection. Dr. Arjun, is highly experienced and compassionate doctor and we are glad to have made the right decision to go to the clinic.

It is so nice to have a seasoned Dr. like Dr Seeta Arjun in the area. She was ER Dr for Nearly 15 years. If that’s not dedication, I don’t know what is. She came to our Small town of Princeton Jct to help and serve this small town and the surrounding communities. She’s been helping all of us for the past 10 years. She was the second Urgent care in the State of New Jersey to raise her hand when the Pandemic broke and said we will help the people. Thank you Dr Arjun again for all you’ve done and continue to do. SHAME on All of you, who have No Respect or Regard for all this little Urgent care stands for. Dr Arjun gives a level of care that is difficult to find. She genuinely cares about the well being of a patient and wants to get to the bottom of every sickness to better help the patient. We’ve been bringing my kids (and ourselves) to her for over 10 years and she is our first call if we ever feel we need medical help and intervention!

This practice should be shut down. It is dangerous that it is labeled as an urgent care. There is nothing urgent about it nor is there any care. I was not let through the front door which started off the communications being difficult. After giving all of my information I was told my insurance was unverifiable. I provided Nandeep with a more updated card after waiting 20 minutes for her to acknowledge me again (no other patients were there). She had the new information and then she went to the back for another 10 minutes. After ringing the bell and knocking on the door and hearing the nurse tell her she thinks someone is at the door she finally came back up. She told me the information was still unverifiable so I could pay $203 for a visit and maybe get refunded. I asked if she could just confirm that everything is correct and she refused and started getting angry. She said I’ve been here long enough to which I exclaimed I know I came here for an urgent issue and won’t even be let in the door. After pleading with her back and forth maybe 5 times that it would only take a minute to confirm she finally repeated the information back to me. She again said I could pay $203 after paying $5 for a mask. I asked for my cards back, waited another 5 minutes and finally got my information. While she was in the back another patient came in and was complaining to me they were charged for canceling an appointment they never made in the first place. She said she has called and emailed multiple times with no luck. When she saw how Nandeep was speaking to me she left. I hope the entire practice is not as bad as Nandeep but based on the signs hanging up on the doors and windows it is obvious that this practice nickels and dimes and scams their sick patients.

My experience was great. Dr. Arjun and her staff were very attentive to my need. They were very understanding, caring, professional, and courteous.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had a fever, body aches, a runny stuffy nose, and a sore throat. After a very long uncomfortable wait, I was inspected by the physicians assistant and I was told that I DIDNT have a fever and that I probably didn’t have pneumonia. They said that I probably had a viral infection and did a 1-2 day test for the flu, Covid, and RC4. I got my results back Wednesday for the flu. Because they didn’t rapid test me, I can’t take Tamiflu. So they prescribed me “Amoxicillin” which is an antibiotic. I found out from my mother in law that’s a doctor that antibiotics will make my Flu symptoms worse and elongate them. I called here and was asked how old I was and that I don’t need my mother in law arguing for me and I was hung up on. I was told that the antibiotics are to prevent pneumonia. That I don’t have. And that if I didn’t want to take the antibiotics then I should’ve rejected them, as if I were to know how they were to affect me. I was also told by Dr. Singh that Tamiflu doesnt work that well anyways. I hated my experience here and will never ever be returning. For the sake of you and your well being do not come here.

Absolute WORST experience. I waited 2 hours after Nadita said it would be 45 minutes. She was extremely rude and allowed others that arrived way after me in before me. I waited 3 days to get results and I was prescribed anti biotics for the FLU!! Any one with medical training knows you don’t treat viruses with antibiotics! That can worsen and elongate my symptoms. I was on the phone with Kulvinder Singh and my mother in law who is a doctor and was questioning why I was prescribed the antibiotics and he HUNG UP ON US! This place is absolute trash.

The staff is very professional and friendly. Waiting time is reasonable given that patients are seen in the order in which they arrive. Dr. Arjun is incredibly focused yet friendly, an extremely competent diagnostician and caring about her patients. We are very lucky to have this facility in West Windsor.

Dr. Seeta Arjun showed compassion and empathy when treating my injury. She paid close attention to detail from the x-rays reports and in fact, she took the x-ray images instead of waiting for the radiographer. I saved a lot of time instead of going to an emergency. I was waiting in the room to see a nurse for 20 minutes with one other patient that was in the office. They tested me for my sickness and it took 40 minutes for Dr. Arjun to come in to see me. She came in, didn’t say hi, checked my throat, and said my tonsils were a little red. She then wrote on the paper the wrong tests for the lab to check my results on and now I have to wait another 24 hours to see the results. Between the nurse and Dr Arjun, they have no idea what they are doing let alone getting patients in an hour the entire experiences was extremely poor.

Dr. Arjun was professional, efficient, cohesive and coherent in my care. Although walk-ins are accepted, I was able to schedule an appointment same day and had zero waiting when I arrived. Dr. Arjun provided excellent quality care and provided preventative care for any future concerns with my condition. Definitely coming back to this establishment should any urgent emergencies arise.

I have been using this urgent care for years- have total respect for the doctors- their diagnosis’s are point on- however- I’m so disappointed - when I went to pay - they charged a 20% ccard fee on my $15.00 co-pay- totally unacceptable and quite disappointed.

Dr. Seeta Arjun saw me on Sunday as I had left my Rx in NYC while visiting my in-laws in NJ and I was in & out of the office in no time. Then, a few days later, my mother-in-law developed a rash and I immediately took her to Urgent Care. She was treated with respect & kindness and her condition was treated.

great experience for my time first visit to InFocus. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Arjun were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr.Arjun really took her time to explain my diagnosis with me as well as my treatment plan. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

Check in was easy at the front desk. Wearing Mask is required. Place is clean. Short wait to see Dr. Arjun 2Nd visit. Pleasant and thorough . Not rushed! I visited this facility because my primary Internist will not administer a special injection for severe allergies.

I wasn’t feeling well and decided to go to urgent care. Walked in registered and was taken right back into a room. Dr came in she was so nice and polite. Went over my symptoms, diagnosed my complaints and I was in and out

I thought Dr Arjun was awesome. She called me with the results of my test on Sunday which I much appreciated. But while I was at the InFocus Urgent Care, she had to take a phone call from a customer. I was waiting to speak with her as were people behind me so the call shouldn’t have been routed to her while she was seeing patients. They could have been put on hold or asked to call back or she would call when she was available. Poor management.

Positive experience, clean location. Knowledgable staff of 3 that assisted me in the patient room. I recommend that a small table needs to be next to the chairs in the waiting room; otherwise, it's difficult to fill out forms on your lap!

I was very scared and in intense pain when I walked into Dr Arjun’s center. I did not know what was wrong with me and my expectation of an Urgent Care Center was not very high based on another experience I had years ago at another center. But I needed help and it was Sunday and my only choice at the time. Dr. Arjun was so kind and professional and knew exactly how to treat my problem. She was able to take my pain away in a matter of minutes. Along with her ability to take the pain away, she did several tests to rule out other possibilities. Because of my age (75) she has recommended several tests that I should have when I see my regular doctor to rule out any other more serious possibilities. I was so impressed with her professionalism and kind manner. When I left the center I was completely out of pain and more knowledgable about my own health and how I should pursue further tests to ensure that my health was intact. I couldn’t be more impressed and thankful for the treatment I received. Thank you Dr Arjun.

I went with a sinus infection. I saw the PA immediately. He was terrific and explained how I got the infection ( from a bad experience with depressurization on landing during a recent flight) and gave me tips for avoiding this next time. I was thoroughly satisfied.
